Dear Valued Client,
After almost 12 months of serving this wonderful community, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to permanently close Swipe Clinics.
Our final day of operations will be Tuesday 28 October 2025.
Our Commitment to You:
Our entire focus now is on a smooth and fair transition for every client. We are committed to two things:
- Helping as many of you as possible complete your treatments with us.
- Providing refunds for any unused, pre-paid packages, Guarantees or memberships.
We will continue to operate as usual, taking bookings and performing treatments, right up until our final day. We are incredibly proud of the clinic we built and deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us.

Information for Our Clients & Appointments
Our Final Day of Operation is Tuesday 28 October 2025
- We Are Open for Business: We are continuing to provide treatments and accept new bookings for appointments that take place on or before 28 October 2025.
- No Treatments After 28 October 2025: Please be aware that no appointments or treatments will be provided for any reason after our closing date.
If You Have an Appointment Booked AFTER 28 October 2025:
- Your appointment will be automatically cancelled. We will be contacting you directly to confirm this.
- You are welcome to re-book a new appointment for a date on or before 28 October 2025.
- Please Note the 6-Week Rule: To ensure treatment safety and effectiveness, you can only book a new appointment if it has been at least 6 weeks since your last treatment.
- If you are unable to re-book a suitable appointment in time, you will be entitled to a full refund for any pre-paid packages and membership, unused treatments.
If You Have an Appointment Booked BEFORE 28 October 2025:
Your appointment is confirmed and will go ahead as planned. We look forward to seeing you.
If You Have Any Unused Prepaid Packages, Memberships or Have a Full Guarantee Removal Package:
- We encourage you to take advantage of the packages and make an appointment for a treatment in the clinic on or before 28 October 2025, if you don’t already have one and it has been at least 6 weeks before your last treatment.
- If you still have any unused prepaid treatments left, you will be entitled to a refund for those treatments.
- To obtain a refund, Please email us at support@swipeclinics.com with the subject “Refund Request.” We will verify your remaining balance and process your refund on 29 October 2025.
Clinic Closure FAQs
This was a difficult business decision made after careful consideration of our future operations. Our focus now is entirely on ensuring a smooth and supportive transition for our clients and staff.
While we cannot make official endorsements for specific businesses, we want to help you find a quality provider to continue your journey. We recommend you look for clinics that meet the following criteria:
- Technology: They use a modern Pico or Q-Switched laser, similar to ours.
- Qualifications: They are staffed by certified laser technicians or medical professionals.
Reviews & Reputation: They have a strong history of positive, independent reviews on Google or other platforms.
A little research based on these points will help you find a great new home for your treatment.
We have set aside dedicated funds to ensure every eligible client receives their refund in full. It is our priority. Please email us at support@swipeclinics.com with the subject “Refund Request.” We will verify your remaining balance and process your refund on 29 October 2025.
Our final day for all treatments is 28 October 2025. There will be no exceptions. Please note, bookings are limited and will be made on a first come first serve basis.
Your privacy is paramount. All client records will be securely archived and managed in strict compliance with data protection laws.
