Tattoo removal works by using laser technology to break down the ink particles in the tattoo. The laser emits short pulses of high-intensity light that target the pigment in the tattoo ink. This light energy is absorbed by the ink, causing it to fragment into smaller particles. Over time, the body’s immune system naturally processes these smaller ink particles, gradually fading the tattoo with each session. The number of sessions required depends on factors like the size, colour, and age of the tattoo.google

The cost of laser tattoo removal varies based on several factors, including the size and complexity of the tattoo, the number of sessions needed, and the location of the tattoo. For a small tattoo you can expect to pay from as little as $49 per session.  We also offer a weekly fee payment plan after the initial treatment starting from $4.49 a week.  To find out download our app and find out in 3 minutes how much it will cost to remove your tattoo.

The tattoo removal process varies depending on several factors, including the size, colour, and age of the tattoo, as well as your skin type and how your body responds to the laser treatments. Generally, each laser tattoo removal session lasts between 10 to 30 minutes.

However, multiple sessions are required to achieve complete removal or significant fading. On average, most tattoos require 6 to 10 sessions, spaced about 6 to 8 weeks apart, to allow the skin to heal and the body to process the ink particles.

The overall duration of the tattoo removal process can range from several months to over a year, depending on the complexity of the tattoo and your response to the treatments. Your practitioner will provide a more accurate timeline during your consultation, based on your specific tattoo and goals.

We can remove a wide range of tattoo types, including professional, amateur, and cosmetic tattoos. Our advanced laser technology is effective on tattoos of various colours, including black, red, blue, green, and more. However, some ink colours, like yellow and white, can be more challenging to remove and may require additional sessions. The app will assess your tattoo colour and provide guidance on the expected outcomes and the number of treatments, additionally at your first appointment our nurse in the clinic will complete a further assessment with you.  We are committed to helping you get the outcome you want.

Tattoo removal can be uncomfortable, but the level of pain varies from person to person. Many describe the sensation as similar to having a rubber band snapped against the skin. To minimise discomfort, we offer numbing creams and cooling devices during the procedure. Pain management options can be discussed during your consultation to ensure you have a comfortable experience.

We use state-of-the-art Q-switched lasers for tattoo removal. These lasers are specifically designed for breaking down tattoo ink while minimising damage to the surrounding skin. The Q-switched laser emits rapid pulses of light energy that target the tattoo pigment, making it effective for removing tattoos of various colours and sizes. Our technology is safe, efficient, and suitable for all skin types.
