Terms & Conditions –Best Price Guarantee

1. Eligibility for Price Beat

We will beat a competitor’s price by 10% if:

  • The competitor is an Gold Coast-based business.
  • The tattoo removal treatment is performed using the same or very similar laser technology to our Candela Picoway Laser System (assessed by us and in our absolute discretion)  and by a qualified professional with a Class 4 Laser License.
  • The service, quantity package or guarantee package is;
    • for the removal of the same tattoo, and
    • for the same number of treatments (unless a guarantee package is being purchased)

For SWIPE Clinics a “guarantee package“ is a package that guarantees treatment until all removable ink has been removed.

2. Proof of Price

To claim your 10% price beat, you must provide:

  • A currently valid, publicly available competitor advertisement, website listing, or quote showing the lower price.
  • A written quote (for services) on the competitor’s official letterhead/email addressed to you within 2 week prior to you making your claim.

Material used to make your claim must clearly identify the service so that there can be certainty that the services being compared are identical.

3. Exclusions

Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Group deals, vouchers, membership discounts, referral programs, or bulk-buy discounts.
  • Closing sales, discontinued services, or short-term promotional offers.
  • Pricing errors or misprints by competitors.

4. How to Claim Your 10% Price Beat

  • Contact SWIPE Clinics before treatment with the competitor’s pricing proof.   

5. Final Decision & Validity

  • Price beat requests must be made before your treatment
  • The 10% discount is applied to the competitor’s verified price and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • SWIPE Clinics reserve the right to verify competitor pricing and decline any request that does not meet our criteria.
  • We will not deny any reasonable claim but the final decision regarding the validity of your claim rest with SWIPE Clinics.
